Winter Festival and Market

Make your December bright at the Cumberland Winter Festival and Market on December 2 and December 9, each evening from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, at Canal Place in Cumberland. Features include live music, food and drink tents, arts and retail vendors, a kids’ area with games and art projects, fire pits to toast marshmallows, a holiday selfie station and more! All kinds of restaurants and B&B’s await you in Cumberland, as does a sunny afternoon ride on the Great Allegheny Passage. Check out the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad’s Polar Express ride up to Frostburg, too!
